ZEISS Lattice SIM 3 fully leverages the benefits of the SIM Apotome technology for optical sectioning with high resolution to 140nm. Only three phase images are required to obtain one reconstructed frame, enabling fast and sensitive live-cell imaging.
SIM Apotome combined with low-magnification objectives allows for fast and gentle optical sectioning and rapid tiling for your multicellular samples or tissue sections increasing your productivity.

Each Slot will be 90 minutes. You can bring your own samples.
