Dr. Siegfried Marquardt graduated “magna cum laude” from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich. After his time as an assistant with Prof. Dr. Dr. Peter Fuchs in Munich and after several clinical electives abroad, he has been in private practice for over 10 years in Tegernsee, Germany, specializing in Periodontology, Implantology, Perioprosthetics and Aesthetic Dentistry. Dr. Marquardt is founder and CEO of the “Z.a.T. Fortbildungs GmbH”, which organizes and promotes international dental symposia and practical courses.
In 2001, he was certified as the first specialist for Esthetic Dentistry in Germany by the German Association of Esthetic Dentistry (DGÄZ) and was certified as a specialist for Implantology by the European Dental Association (EDA).
Dr. Marquardt lectures internationally and has published articles in the area of Perioprosthetics, Esthetic Dentistry and Implantology. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), affiliate of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED), the European Dental Association (EDA), the German Association of Aesthetic Dentistry (DGÄZ), the German Association of Periodontology (DGP), the German Association of Implantology (DGI) and other national and international specialist associations. He is a board member (Vice President) and Chairman of the certification committee for the German Association of Aesthetic Dentistry (DGÄZ). | |
